( Need to use existing screws from old Prestar wheels or buy from hardware/ other stores)
Our wheels is sealed in a box, brand new and never been used. If there's a presence of "white powder", it’s normal and commonly found in Polybutadiene rubbers - it’s their natural properties during production. Also, these castors are made by Moulding injection, if it’s used, the lines in the middle will be missing.
